Technical Implementation
Backend services were built using Node.js and Express with MongoDB for flexible data modeling. APIs were designed for performance and scalability to support high order volume. The mobile app was developed using React Native (Expo + CLI) with Zustand for efficient state management and a smooth user experience. The admin dashboard and POS system were built using React (Vite) for speed and simplicity. Razorpay was integrated for secure payments, and Google Maps APIs were used for location-based outlet selection and management. The system was deployed on AWS EC2 with S3 handling media storage.
